Job Description:
Handle assigned hiring requirements end-to-end
Source, screen and shortlist candidates through various channels
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining
Maintain a strong flow of quality resumes
Keep all recruitment activities well documented
Learn new hiring processes and suggest better sourcing methods.
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
0–1 years of recruitment experience (Freshers welcome)
Good communication and coordination skills
Passion for sourcing and closing hiring requirements
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Windows
