Role Summary:
The Senior IT Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organisation’s IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, high availability, and smooth day-to-day IT operations across on-premise and cloud environments.
1. Infrastructure Management

Install, configure, and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers

Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies

Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity
-
Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and migrations
2. Google Workspace (G Suite)
-
Administer Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet, Calendar)
-
Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning
-
Configure security policies, 2FA, and access controls
-
Manage domain settings and email routing
-
Handle data migration between Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (if required)
3. Network Administration
-
Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
-
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
-
Implement network security best practices
4. Cloud & Microsoft 365 Administration
-
Manage Azure AD / Entra ID
-
Configure SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access policies
-
Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)

Manage cloud resources (Azure/AWS preferred)
6. Backup & Disaster Recovery
7. Technical Support & Leadership

Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)

4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure administration

Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux
