Sr. IT Administrator | Rajkot City

Role Summary:

The Senior IT Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organisation’s IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, high availability, and smooth day-to-day IT operations across on-premise and cloud environments.

1. Infrastructure Management
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity
  • Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and migrations
 
2. Google Workspace (G Suite)
  • Administer Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet, Calendar)
  • Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning
  • Configure security policies, 2FA, and access controls
  • Manage domain settings and email routing
  • Handle data migration between Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (if required)
3. Network Administration
  • Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Implement network security best practices
4. Cloud & Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Manage Azure AD / Entra ID
  • Configure SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access policies
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Manage cloud resources (Azure/AWS preferred)
5. Security & Compliance
  • Implement endpoint protection and patch management
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
6. Backup & Disaster Recovery
  • Manage backup solutions and conduct restore testing
  • Maintain disaster recovery plans
7. Technical Support & Leadership
  • Provide L2/L3 support for escalated issues
  • Mentor junior IT staff
Required Qualifications
 
  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure administration
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred Certifications
 
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / M365
  • CCNA / Network+
  • ITIL
