Key Account Manager | Bangalore
Responsibilities:
Techno Functional and should have reasonable knowledge in BFSI experience
Handle all Chennai accounts and be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with the customers.
Ensure client satisfaction and ensure all the products used by the client are working smoothly.
Ensure zero escalations and timely resolution + response. Professional email and communication ethics should be maintained.
Learn the product and resolve all client queries independently.
Work with the clients on ground to understand their problems and provide possible solutions.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, delivering and contributing to the company's sales targets.
Connect with all right stakeholders and decision makers at the client's side.
CRM hygiene should be followed. (Updating meeting notes, key stakeholder information and all practices followed at organization level).
Monitor the system utilisation regularly, identify signs which will impact the company's revenue and communicate to the client and internal stakeholders. Right discussion should happen between the stakeholders regarding the same.
Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts while meeting clients' evolving needs.
Act as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon to continuously enhance service delivery.
Address any concerns or conflicts raised by key clients promptly and professionally, striving to reach win-win resolutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics, providing clients with valuable insights and positioning them for success.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to deliver seamless service and solutions to key accounts.
Identify new business opportunities in Chennai and pass the leads to the Sales team contributing to Business growth.
Should have thorough knowledge about the current revenue of the customers, commercial engagement and ongoing discussion and strategise how to multiple fold the business from that client.
Meet customers in the office for all meetings except when it is with one person or two and the purpose is troubleshooting.
